Self Titled is a guild that has very few months from the time the guild started.

Self Titled’s first raid: 11/03/05 — No boss kills on the run, only 1 epic gotten
Self Titled’s first Lucifron kill: 11/13/05
Self Titled’s first Onyxia kill: 01/15/06
Self Titled’s first Hakkar kill: 01/28/06
Self Titled’s first Ragnaros kill: 02/16/06

(Thanks to Eomir for the dates) With very few months of existance, Self Titled has been able to accomplish a lot. Take into consideration that not everyone in Team Kerrigan knew a lot about Molten Core. This is a huge accomplishment for all of those that were involved in the raid, and everyone that helped and gave us tips and stuff like that.

I’m not going to lie saying that we took Ragnaros on our first attempt yesterday night, but we killed him, so basically it’s the same thing =P

I can’t really tell how we all felt last night. After several server issues (as usual, not new for anyone), people getting disconnected and such, we beated his poor (_|_). When we got him down, you had to see the spamming on raid chat and guild chat, everyone yelling on vent, it was really great. I want to thank The Academy, to the raid, and everyone that helped in one or another way! I also want to thank Nuno (Silent Requiem), an unknown person, that wishes that his identity is remained in the shadows, and Sireyn, a 60 Warlock. It wasn’t just an effort of an “individual”, it was the raid that worked as a “whole”. When we got him down, I was so impressed of how fast he was dying, before the sons came out, he was at like 30% ????

I usually don’t post pictures full size, but I’m going to make an exception. I still did resize it, I play on 1600×1200, and the following picture was reduced to 800×600.

With Ragnaros downing, BWL doesn’t seem really far. My very very personal estimate on when we are going to step BWL could be in around one month =)
