Sad run, really. Today we made some kind of mixed Zul’Gurub run, leaded by PG’s French Mafia. Since it was a mixed run, there was no DKP involved. When we started, there were no rogues, so I switched to mine (Tarasque) because we were going to need the DPS, and we already had plenty healing. The run went smooth, we 1shot all bosses and we never wiped (at least not as a raid).

Nothing interesting, a cloak dropped, I lost the roll. Then the fist weapon dropped, [item]Thekal’s Grasp[/item], I rolled and came out with a 99, but I wasn’t sure it was going to be a nice option for me (my rogue uses Dal’rend Swords Set). I only wanted it for the looks, so I passed to someone that could use it more than me (I guess, the one that won it was a warrior). I was praying that the Sword Set (epic, one of which Hakkar drops) dropped. Guess what… it did, I came up being the 3rd highest roll; the first one was a warrior (which tanks on most of our raids) … and the second one was a paladin … -_- I mean, give me a break, a rogue should be higher because we DPS like in our entire life… -_- /sigh It’s not like it’s something I’m going to use “sometimes”, it’s more like something I’m going to use “always” -_- /sigh My rogue is mainly inactive because he’s not equipped, also because my druid is needed more (most of the times), but if I had a chance I would play both T_T For a couple of weeks I’ve been playing my rogue and I reminded how fun they were Yeah, I love healing, but rogues are fun fun

For some reason when we started I was feeling really good, when we were done I was feeling pretty sad, lol. I guess it would have been totally different if DKP was used…

Oh well, funny side of the story is, even tho my rogue isn’t epicced (he doesn’t even has an epic item), he was like third in Damage Done, the two first spots were taken by mages. I wish I could equip my rogue

EDIT: I totally forgot to mention that I was able to get a Lava Belt, which raises my base FR to 183.
