I just came out of the movies, saw Pirates of the Caribbean, and as I was heading home my parents and my brother were going to eat something, since I had C’Thun planned I asked them if they could drop me at the apartment… and as I started reading the forums… Ex Umbra’s Leader left the guild, a long with many other people, so EU is basically dead now… /sigh
I’m not really give comments regarding this, I try my best to leave my blogs drama free… I got no clue whatsoever of what will happen with my characters, nowdays good guilds are hardly recruiting… and everything was cool in Ex Umbra until today … sigh… sigh…
Update: For a couple of weeks I’ve been noticing something weird in my blog, and it’s until now that I realize that the Hotlink protection was probably blocking connections from other sites.. hmm.. weird. It should be fixed now, sorry for the trouble 
That kinda happened to us, kinda. We were just doing MC for ages.. final piece of might dropped and we always gave all our might to our MT and he finally got the full set, we were about to attempt rag the next week and…. he quits WoW… we didn’t raid again for like 3 weeks >
This happens quite often. We’ve had MANY Alliance guilds breaking up and new guilds forming – only to break up themselves.
I took a 2-month break, and came back to see Naxxramas with the best guild on the server.
This content is TOUGH. We’ve taken down 5 bosses, and there’s only 1 other guild (alliance and horde) that have taken down 1 boss.
New stuff is what brings people to the game. But, being a guild leader is soooo thankless and such a large amount of work. I can see why they’d quit. But, with Naxx, the game is not boring. Dunno. I feel for ya bud, but hey, at least they have server transfers available…
This is what has basically happened to me in my last 2 guilds as well. Luckily, the last time it happened, most everyone came back to the guild, and we were stronger than ever. As a matter of fact, once we came back, we basically started destroying Blackwing Lair in a VERY fast fashion. Heres hoping the same will happen to you. Sorry to hear this.
I have been going through the same thing, everyguid i have joined w/ my warr has disbanded(6 and counting) and today 2 days after i joined the gm leaves. /sigh
