Actually interacting with NPCs is done being in any of the shape shifting forms. I think that by doing this Blizz made us ( droods.....imba droods) much more separate from the "hybrid" class tag we got till now.

I rerolled a druid myself (got bored of my warrior), and am 42 Resto. Tree form is hellish for pvp, but in PvE the mana reduction is awesome. The only thing I dislike about it (Except the speed) is that you cant innervate in tree form. My druids rolling all greens, most of them "Of the Monkey" so his spirit sucks. I only get 58 healing from tree form, but Im sure at a raiding level you see a much bigger improvement.

A must have for any druid is a Logitech MX mouse; the side buttons are a breeze to use for shape shifting. I like my shapeshift bindings to be on my mouse so I can switch while on the move or even mid-air. Give it a try and thank me later ^^
