Stealth patch, oh noes~!

This was last tuesday (yesterday we didn’t raid because of V) I got the [item]Gloves of Dexterous Manipulation[/item] and the [item]Idol of the Avian Heart[/item]. We had a couple of difficulties with Maiden T.T Oh, and you might probably be wondering what is a stealth/ninja patch (as I’ve heard from people), basically is what Blizzard patches without letting people know on the patch notes… heh.

Like this:

1) Yes, the encounter wasn’t up to par (Q. Maiden buffed?)
2) Illhoof was way too easy (Q. Illhoof buffed?)
3) Of course not. We would not deliberately break content. We’ll try to get this fixed ASAP (Q. Chess event broken?)

Regarding 1 and 2, I’m looking into where the communication breakdown happened that prevented this information from making the patch notes. Apologies for that.

But no biggie, things got changed on Maiden fight and well, what can I say, she’s going down and we will go back all the way to work on the Shade of Aran this week. Right now Pulse has three Karazhan teams, heheh. I’m not really up-to-date on where they are, tho (Crushalot), but Team 1 is a bit farther, they started first and have more experience on the fights and in the instance, Team 2 started two or so weeks after Team 1 started, and Team 3 started this week (if not wrong).

That sounds about right. Your team is a little farther ahead of our second team. Our healers in guild have been slow to get attuned, holding back that group.

Maiden was definitely buffed, though she is doable. A pally trick I used was putting blessing of sacrifice on the maintank so that I can heal during repentance. A shame druids are gettin stunned in tree form now! The Curator also received a slight buff, though as long as everyone is focused on the adds when they come out you should prevail. As an offtank, be ready to be taking slightly harder hits than before.

We are on the Shade, Illhoof and the chess event tonight. I will let you know how it works out.

Well we gave Illhoof a good few tries. We were finding that we got him to about 60% when the healers ran out of mana. He sacrifices the main tank a lot more than before =(.

The Shade is basically the same fight, though the blizzard seems to move a lot faster than before. Also, it is a lot more common for two of his abilities to be going at the same time, such as blizzard and flame wreath so be careful where you are when you stop moving.

The chess event worked just fine. Just make sure not to try and play it again after you win or you will all be silenced on your way to the Prince.

The Prince bugged out on us again and was untargetable after our first attempt =(.

Hi,

the video glitches are a known issue on Macs I have got the same ones on my 20” Intel iMac.

There is a small trick to get rid of them. If you see the screen all gone mad, go press Apple key M to switch to windowed mode for World of Warcraft, then press Apple key M again to switch to fullscreen.

There you go, screen is all fine again.

Gratz on your success in Karazhan. ^^

My guild is currently struggling to get groups together for Kara. May I ask you how the Kara groups in your guild work? Are there always the same people in one group or is there a rotation? What do you do if people don’t show up for a raid or don’t have the time? Do you cancel the raid then?

So thank you in advance for answers. ^^

@Crushalot: We couldn’t try another attempt on Maiden, we suffered the de-spawn bug on her. Hopefully we will see this week how it goes.
