Ok, hopping into today’s update. A couple of hours ago we got High Astromancer Solarian down (aka Lolarian®). It took us just three attempts to take him down (it was a totally new fight for most of us).

[item]Star-Soul Breeches[/item]
Here are a couple of screenshots of the fight.

After killing Lolarian®, we had our very first night on Kael’thas attempts. The fight itself is pretty complicated.

There’s not much details I can give, for now, until we down him
We got into phase 3 easy with almost no casualities at all, so it shouldn’t take too long (probably, hehe, I hope I don’t jinx it).

Last, but not least, a while ago someone asked me about the addons I was using. Here’s a big screenshot, below is all the references. I’ll keep descriptions short because it’s a long list.
!BugGrabber – Works along with BugSack, keeps track of AddOn errors.
Aloft – Changes the health plates on people/mobs.
Bartender3 – Action bars in the middle.
BigWigs – Boss Mod.
BugSack – Works along with !BugGrabber, keeps track of AddOn errors.
Cartographer – World map enhancer.
CastYeller – Announces special casts while in combat (for example battle rez and innervate).
Natur EnemyCastBar – Casting bar counter.
EavesDrop – Minimal combat log, pretty good for tanks IMO.
FuBar – The toolbar at the top, it has several stuff that can be plugged, similar to Titan Panel.
MonkeyQuest – Quest log enhancer.
oCB – Changes the default casting bar.
Omen – Threat meter.
Omni Cooldown Count – Cooldown counter on skills and items.
oRA2 – Similar to CT_RaidAssist, but lighter and has a lot more functions.
Outfitter Updated – Wardrobe addon, similar to Itemrack.
PitBull – Player, party, target, etc. frames.
RatingBuster – Changes the tooltip so it’s easier to know stuff, like how much AGI gives what amount of crit and stuff like that.
Scrolling Combat Text / Scrolling Combat Text Damage – Shows up a lot of information in the screen.
SimpleChatMods – Chat addon that enhances it (gives colors, time, scroll with the scroll wheel, etc.)
SimpleMinimap – Changes the minimap to something more useful.
sRaidFrames – Works along with oRA2, as the name says, it’s a raid frame addon. Pretty nice IMO, been using it for a long while. There has been some talking in my guild about switching to Grid, but idk, I’ve tried it twice and it always seem so complicated.
Tankalyze – Announces special tank stuff (aoe taunt used, taunt resisted, etc.)
TinyTip – Modifies the tooltip when you move it to people.
Most of these addons can be found in WoWAce (direct download of them in files.wowace.com). If anyone needs a more elaborated post with the addons I use please let me know and I’ll see if I have a chance. There’s also a software for Mac similar to WoWAceUpdater (aka WAU), which is called MacAceUpdater (found it a couple of weeks ago, very helpful).
Before I end, we also killed Vashj this week so raid-wise, things went very nice.

You should try Quartz instead of oCB
I’ve used Quartz once or so. The thing is that, since I’m not a caster (in raids and stuff), I don’t really need anything complex; Quartz I think uses more memory than oCB.
BTW, I forgot to mention SimpleCombatLog.
Where can I find, the Pitbull Layout?
@Vladdraco: I made it.
Very Nice, can you post it somewhere or sent it per Email?
Yeah, someone requested me to make another addon entry (more detailed), so I might as well share the template I made. I just have to get some good screenshots and then I’ll post the info.
I waiting for the addon entry with your Pitbull Design, when can i expect it?
