Last night, instead of going to Serpentshrine Cavern as usual, instead, we went to Hyjal.

For some reason when I was typing loot, somehow, I reminded Blackwing Lair. Anyway, we 1shot Rage Winterchill and we also 1shot Anetheron (which is the guild’s first kill). The fight is not that much interesting, but the execution on both fights were perfect.

What I loved is that after you kill him you change scenery, from the Human Base to Horde Base. The funny thing was that, since this was the first time of us killing Anetheron we didn’t really know what was going to happen. At first we saw Jaina going to the middle of where we were standing and starting some teleport, so we were like “Oh, neat, we will get mass teleported”

Then, for some reason, when she finished casting the spell it only teleported NPCs, so I thought that maybe she was missing reagents, no clue. Later on we saw mobs comming thru the front, and we were like WTF is going on

I’m not sure why I didn’t take screenshots, but mobs came running in and we all were like OMG RUN FOR YER LIVES. After a while that we got owned a few of those in the raid noticed that, in the back, there was a road, so probably there’s were we should have headed to (lets say most of us died to the zerg of mobs, rofl).

After rezzing and zoning back, this time we got into the Horde Base, which was kinda neat

The disadvantage versus the previous area is that, when you start the event, there are some waves of mobs that come from different sides so it was kinda messy. Also, the special thing about last nights raid is that we didn’t count with any hunter whatsoever ^^

We only managed to get two attempts on Kaz’rogal (on both times we got him down to 33% and 12%). On the first one we didn’t get Thrall “involved”, on the second one, meh, I guess positioning problems.
