Smith Hauthaa is up!

For some odd reason I woke up this morning earlier than usual, logged on to check something and noticed that the armory NPC just needed 1% to be up. At 7:17 AM GMT -5, Smith Hauthaa got up on my server, just a couple of minutes ago.

Hello, new weapon ^^ (I had over 300 badges saved up)

As usual on a PvP Server…

At least for me it wasn’t really an issue getting to the NPC (get naked, look for a gap and click!), good thing it was in the morning, lol, I don’t want to see the NPC in prime time.

Now I gotta finish getting ready for work… rofl :P

I know I’m not a regular here, but just taking a peek at your armory profile. I’m really impressed 2k ap in cat form! and 40% crit chance!

What is your average dps in the raids?

Also how have the attempts on the eradar twins going?

Gratz on the new staff! My server just opened the Armory a couple days ago, so I’m guessing we are at least a week out on being able to turn in badge gear. But my holy pally has his badges ready for that shiny new Ecclesiastical Cuirass. Woot!

@Cal: To tell the truth I’m still tweaking my DPS gear; trying out different combinations and such. We are still working on Brutallus, and I think that my highest DPS so far has been 1.4, without Elixir of Demonslaying. At that time I don’t remember what was the gear combination I was using, tho. I haven’t had a chance to try out with the current one I got.

But it’s not that impressive… the other day I was looking at some WWS logs and found out a feral druid that dished 1.9 on that fight…

@Joel: I’m not sure if you know about this site, but is more or less accurate to keep track about the progress and estimated time.

They also have an EU version and such.

Me and a feral buddy of mine have been debating, new staff or the one out of ZA? The armor ignore on the ZA one is sexy but like 300 AP sexy?

@AngerIssues: That could be viewed from different points of views. I’ve read that, for ArP to be effective, you need to have it heavily stacked (well, not “that” heavy I guess, but you need to have other items to make it more effective).

The issue with ArP is that, if you notice, barely any piece of our Tier set has any ArP at all. Most end-game druids usually go for the set bonuses (either 2pc T4 or 4pc T6). That being said, there aren’t many off pieces that could really stack a decent amount (I guess?).

Eitherway, I’m not that knowledgeable (or however you write it) about DPS, I usually use this as a guide:

I know there are spreadsheets and such, but since I’m on Mac most of them don’t work totally as it should, so this online calculator is nice for me ^^ It also lists the new staff as better :P

with the stuff ive got now im sittin at 938 armor pen, if the bear in ZA would ever drop the belt for me Id be over 1K. I gave up the 2 piece T4 already bc it hardly proc’d and am still early in T6 stuff so no tier pieces. Mostly ZA and Badge gear.

    if curious
