This post will cover raiding from April 16 thru April 19, I’ll be dividing each day to make it easier. I got a total of 120 screenshots but I won’t be posting them all (just 19 of them).

Thursday 16

We finally managed to get to raid Ulduar, sadly I had some schedule issues and I wasn’t there for the first boss kill. For some reason I’ve noticed that ever since Ulduar came, there’s no emotion in the first guild kill, no more group screenshots, no nothing… it’s sort of sad.

Anyway, that day we managed to get kill Flame Leviathan and Razorscale. Since I wasnt there for Flame of Leviathan I don’t know what he dropped. For Razorscale I totally forgot to take a screenshot of all the loot, but one of the things he dropped was Bracers of the Broodmother.

Later on we had some practice with XT-002 Deconstructor and Ignis the Furnace Master, no kill but had some good practice.

Friday 17 & Saturday 18

Non-raid day, we made up a guilded 10-man Ulduar run. We killed a ton of bosses, and stayed up to 2:00 AM GMT -5 or something like that (starting at around 7:00 PM).

Freya’s trash is probably one of the most annoying, Thorim’s annoying as well (but you can use spiders!). The train that gets you to Mimiron is cool.

Soloing Moroes

As far as I know, pre-3.1 it was not possible for a feral druid to solo Moroes. I read a post in WoW forums about a feral that managed to get it, I tried and got him. Since the enchant drop rate was increased (since patch 3.1), I needed Mongoose (kinda hard to get people to do it for you nowdays), and I got it in the first shot.

The spec I used was this one. Basically I just killed the adds, starting with one of the guys, then one of the girls. After all of them were killed Moroes was next, keep Demoralizing Roar up at all times and use your cooldowns as you see fit. If you are getting too low (happened to me a couple of times), time the vanish, shift out and heal.

Keep in mind that you could get unlucky, he comes back fast and doesn’t give you time (that happened to me too), so probably throw a hot and a Regrowth. Don’t do this too often because you are going to burn your mana, and maybe end up in not being able to shift back.

Used no potions and the only special buff I had was an AGI/STA food.

And, just in case, pre-3.1 I believe that Paladins could solo it. No clue about other classes, but in those times I read several posts of people saying that it wasn’t possible.

Going back to Ulduar, there are still server issues, servers getting restarted often, and this thing that annoys me: from time to time your talents are either half reset or it says that it’s incomplete but it doesn’t give talents (but you still got all the skills from the stuff that is missing).

Last, but not least, I want to give a shout to all my raid mates Don’t want to give specific names because the list would be kinda long, hehehe.
